If you do not have these skills, we strongly recommend that you take the additional courses we offer to be able to gain employment. Alternatively, you can gain these skills through another training company or college.

Outstanding Course Fees

When course instalments are overdue and your payment plan is not honoured, you will be contacted by Romain Inspired Education to make a payment. If payment is not made within the stipulated time scale, you will be blocked from accessing your course until the payment is settled.  If payment is still not made, formal debt recovery action will be taken.

Non-transferability of Course

Course Duration

The course must be completed within one year. If you have not completed the course within one year, you will need to apply for an extension in writing which will be valid for 3 months.

Romain Inspired Education introduced the one year timescale in September 2013. In cases where the qualification deems fit, 18 months will be applied. Students who enrolled before this time, have the option to continue the course but must complete it within a year of contacting us. If a student enrolled before 2007, they need to pay the difference in course fees between then and now to obtain the latest version of our course material and start their studies again.

Coursework Re-Takes

Students are not charged any extra fees for tests or assessments they need to re-take.

Assessment and Certification

All tests and assessments will be set and marked by Romain Inspired Education, and will be the sole determinant in making awards. All assessments will be taught and conducted in accordance with Romain Inspired Education’s regulations and procedures. Certificates are only awarded to those who pass the course after full completion of their coursework.

If students fail any part of the course, they are given the opportunity to redo their work. If they do not pass on the second attempt we are unable to issue the full Diploma qualification. However, we can issue individual credits for any of the assessment units which are passed.
